Quality Assurance

We have an in-house quality assurance department that helps us in setting up quality policies for monitoring different aspects of production process, right from the initial stage of material procurement till product packaging. Since we use the highest quality material for making our product line, it always stands high on the quality standards laid within the industry. The high quality of our products has made us serve our Differential Hematology Analyzer, Accurate Blood Glucose Monitoring System, etc., in different hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and laboratories.

Our Infrastructure

We have set up an infrastructure that is spread over a large piece of land and is segregated into different units such as manufacturing, development, designing, testing and warehousing. We have our headquarters in Mumbai and our production plant in Tarapur, a place 100 km away from Mumbai. Each of the department at our base is equipped with latest machines for carrying out of tasks efficiently. Following are some machines that we have at our base:

Research and Development

Our base also has a research and development department that is well-equipped with technologically advanced machines for helping us conduct researches. Led by a team of researchers and developers, our R&D department uses all the resources optimally to look out for newer and better production methods, marketing strategies, etc., based on the conducted researches. Other parameters over which our R&D team pays attention are raw material procurement, latest market trends and technological developments.

Manufacturing team

We have 30 qualified people in our production team. Each of the individual works harder to ensure timely completion of production process. This team works in coordination with R&D department and quality checking team for achieving the best results.

Service team

The members of our service team keep a check over all the service requirements of the offerings across our Pan-India network and ensure that no query remains unsolved.

Marketing team

Business plans, performance analysis, sale strategy, etc., are few points over which our marketing team pays attention.

Back Office team

Our back office team encompasses accountants, logistic staff, warehousing personnel, housekeeping staff and members of general administration.

Sales team

We have 80 plus people in our sales team who are spread across the country for reaching out to clients in different geographical parts of India.
